Camera Color Counter 1.02

The application features a sophisticated counter that utilizes color measurements derived from the camera's preview image.

A blue box delineates the target area within the camera image, facilitating focused analysis. The average color of this area is then employed for counting purposes.

The tool quantifies RGB (Red, Green, Blue) values and subsequently computes HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) and YUV (Luminance and Chrominance) metrics. It also provides an indication of color uniformity within the analysed region.

Up to 100 customizable counters can be configured with various triggering options—counting can be initiated upon detection of a specified color range in HSL or when any of the RGB components exceeds predetermined thresholds.

There are three primary operational modes: Edit (to modify counter settings), Plot (to visualize measured data), and List (which presents a scrollable overview of counters).

• Utilize either the front or back camera; zoom functionality is available along with options to lock focus and exposure. The camera flashlight can be activated if available.
• Visualize data trends over time through a graph, and access a Hue-Saturation diagram where triggered counting events are highlighted with red circles.
• Sound effects or vibration alerts can accompany button interactions and count events.
• A pause function allows for suspension of measurements, while a measure button enables single-instance data collection.
• The hexadecimal RGB color code is displayed in plot mode for reference.

It is important to note that due to potential limitations in color accuracy inherent in both the camera and display of your device, this application should be regarded as a tool for indication rather than precise measurement.
